Allie ~ Texas Tech unveiled its good-looking “Lone Survivor” football uniforms on Monday, which the team will wear against Kansas State on Nov. 9 to honor slain Navy SEALS, Marcus Luttrell and his Lone Survivor Foundation. Readers of TheBlaze are likely familiar with Luttrell’s story and the former Navy SEAL’s nonprofit he created after the release of his 2007 book “Lone Survivor.” The book tells Luttrell’s incredible story of survival and provides a sneak peak into the horrors of war during “Operation Redwing” in Afghanistan, where 19 members of Navy SEAL Team 10 were killed.
