Allow me to introduce one of the MOST useless Authorities we have in Zambia, The Zambia Information & Communication Technology, popularly known as ZICTA. This useless company works under a deceiver of a mission statement that says its existence is solely to effectively provide regulatory service to the ICT and postal and courier sectors in order to enhance universal access to ICT and postal and courier services This mockery of a mission statement is not only an insult to the Zambian people, but a shame way beyond that acquired by a naked human walking through streets of Katondo. •Social Media: Zambians on facebook and other social networks are day I day out slandering each other, tarnishing innocent peoples images including that of THE PRESIDENT and this shitty company day by day proves to be centuries backwards in terms of softwares to back track perpetrators! Fwebambi lelo natufwalilamo namala yambushi..! Lol..ZICTA, if youve failed to contain sites like Facebook, SHUT THEM DOWN and remain with only those with manageable Ts and Cs! Turkey and China are examples! •Mobile Network Providers: Citizens get robbed off their hard earned airtime monies and have continuously been succumbing to the pathetic networks provided by these thieves... yet again, this useless authority proves boggy in that area! ZICTA is mandated under three Acts, Postal service Act, Economic communications transaction Act and ICT Act. I surely dont see reasons for our Govts mandating of this useless authority under the shadows of our Acts! Give these idiots an ultimatum! As an assignment, let them prove their worthiness under a given period and goal..! Elo the chaps balafola kwati katwishi..! With NOTHING to show for! I know my shushushu friends are reading!
