I just had the most delightful afternoon with my mother, poring through cookbooks and planning our Christmas feast. Heres what we came up with: Pork roast stuffed with bourbon fruit Bourbon sweet potato bisque (see a pattern here?) Vegetable Strudel (squash, etc layered with pastry and feta) Radicchio and butter lettuce with vinaigrette Dessert still in the works. Maybe Doras choco flan bundt cake. Creme brûlée would be good but I dont have enough ramekins or one of those little flame throwers. Suggestions?
