Almost a year ago, my friend Stef Allan, filmed a class of mine and interviewed me briefly afterwards. Our objective was to demystify Kundalini Yoga and explain to others how it is taught at Delta Groove Yoga. My roots are here with my family and the beautiful,extended family that is our community at DGY. My wish is that any one who walks through Delta Grooves doors feels welcome & supported. This Yoga is multidimensional and it is for ANY ONE. Every one of us involved is here to help spark the GROOVE & LOVE in others and be a part of this new renaissance and reawakening of Memphis.
