Aloo parotta Aoo paratha is paratha stuffed with aloo. The masala can be made as per your taste and flavor. Extremely popular with North Indians, these are best eaten with chilled yogurt. Potato 500 gm Onion 2 Chopped ginger and garlic 1/2 teaspoon each Green chillies 3 Coriander leaves Atta 500 gm Maida 200 gm Cumin seeds Owdered cumin seeds, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder 2 tablespoon Chat masala 1 tablespoon Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon Oil 2 tablespoon Butter 100 gm Knead the atta into a smooth dough by adding water and salt along with little oil too and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Pressure cook the potatoes and mash it. Then add all the ingredients along with the chopped vegetables and mix it throughly. Make small balls of the dough and fill it with the masala. Roll it evenly without breaking and put it on a tava to fry. Apply oil on both sides of the parotta and allow it to cook. You can spread little butter on top of the parotta.
