Alright, All the secondary Broncos need to need to chill. You just became a fan when you got swept up in tebowmania. Or you hopped on the bandwagon when Manning came on board. Good coaches get fired all the time. It doesnt mean that it is necessarily a mistake. It didnt work out. fox and Elway didnt see eye to eye. Fox is a decent coach, but let stop acting like he is top 5 or even top 15. I think that we would all agree that Caldwell is a mediocre coach and when he had manning they went 15-1. This team was stacked. The result is definitely disappointing, but this team was lifeless. Did you see the Patriots on Saturday? They were desperate. Using EVERY trick in the book to give themselves the advantage. They were hungry and they played inspired ball. It was impressive. I saw the broncos with their heads down feeling sorry for themselves. Do yall remember the incredible CJ ANDERSON run. It should have been a TD but sanders and DT were standing around with their hands on their hips. They should have blocked until the whistle blew. This team was disengaged. Thats inexcusable. I only saw this team battle once the whole season. Up in Seattle. That was a revenge/statement game so they were self motivated. The rest of the time they got by on raw talent. The change in coaching has very little to do with strategy or game plans. It is about establishing a culture. Look at the teams that the Broncos have had trouble with. Ravens, patriots, seahawks: all three are smart, aggressive, well coached and physical. This team has the personel. Some people will say that manning changed the mindset and mood of this team. Thats probably true. Well the Broncos need a coach who is a true force of nature. A man who can enforce his will and vision onto the team.
