Alright chi. QuynhThoa Thai Truong. Sounds like youd like a little challenge. I recreate a fave Vietnamese childhood drink. Its sort of like a Soda Chanh Ho^.t Ga`. You should have all the ingredients in your fridge. Of course theres a little twist to my recreation. I substituted a few healthier ingredients and applied a heavy dose of Molecular gastronomy to this drink :) The recreation is a Molecular Lemonade Soda With Ginger & Lemon Zest Infused Agave Nectar & Chia Seeds and Creme Fraiche & Sous-vided Eggs Foam :p Enjoy!
