Alright master foodies - especially those with major knowledge of food issues, send me your best recipes that have the following requirements. ~ High fiber ~ absolutely no: dairy, meat (fish is okay), artificial colors/flavoring, chocolate, citric acid (citrus fruits, tomatoes, kiwi, pineapple), vitamin c, pickles or anything spicy. As of right now wheat, gluten and eggs are on the okay list. Soy is okay, too, but in very small quantities. Also, hit me with your favorite smoothie recipes that your kiddos will also drink (must be low in calcium and have no soy). Thankfully beans and rice are okay. ;)
