Alright my turn.. Dad, thank you for being the guy that was at all my games, all my drum comps, and showed me what it meant to work. thank you for handing down some of your passions, your love for soul music, your incomprehensible sense of humor, and your stunning gene pool and good looks. thank you for teaching me to ski, for all the times we went camping when i was a kid, for yelling like a pre-teen when i took you mudding for the first time, and for taking me through the heart of BC during my grad trip, that is the cause of the love i have developed for the outdoors and Gods creation. Thank you for making me finish what i started while i was growing up, and for never letting me quit anything, ever. Thank you for being the example of meekness, strength, compassion, self control, grace, forgiveness, what it means and looks like to be the bigger person, and reckless abandonment for the sake of Christ, for me in my life. Thank you for handing down to me your burden for the lost. Thank you for never once shoving faith, or relationship with Jesus on me.. and thank you for the millions of times you have prayed for me along the way. My at least 18 years of consciously knowing you has been more blessing than anything else and i am glad that we have worked through the ugly stages into the friendship and brotherhood we have now. Thank you for all the phone calls this past year of me living away from home, and thank you for the money and investment.
