What is the definition of a true friend? is it someone you can trust with things you hold dear to your heart? you know without a doubt that you can confide in them and not worry about hearing your business in the streets. is it someone you can talk to about basically anything? you can talk about life, love, any problems you may be having, or just to say hello, i was thinkin of you. is it someone who accepts you for who you are no matter what? they dont try to change you, they just embrace your personality and treat you with respect. is it someone that loves you for y-o-u? they accept your flaws and failures. they dont expect you to be perfect because they know that no one is without fault. they constantly show you how much they appreciate your friendship even if its through small acts of kindness. is it someone you can be yourself around? you dont have to put on a front. you dont have to impress or stress. forget about looking stupid, because they dont mind. we all have our dumb moments. is it someone that builds you up even when you put yourself down? when you have failed or made a mistake and youre blaming yourself, they are there to reassure you that it wasnt your fault. when you feel youre at your lowest point, theyll point out your talents and abilities. is it someone that you cant stand being made at becaues you care about them so much? even if they make a smart comment, you let it roll off your shoulder. why? because you dont want to waste time arguing with them when you could be smiling. all these qualities make a true friend. trustworthy non judgemental complimentary personality loving 100% real helpful and appreciative and i must admit, i found all these commendable qualities in all of you. Even if we dont speak often, you have been a true friend to me. i greatly appreciate your friendship. because its not often that you are able to find a true friend. but, i guess God blessed me, because he sent all of you to me. true friends til the end that will always have a special place in my heart. so what is the definition of a true friend? All of Y-O-U and dont change for anybody because i love you all just how you are.
