You only get one life. You get to decide what you do with it. You cannot control where you came from or what obstacles or handicaps you may face. The only thing you can control is what actions you take and how you deal with circumstances you are presented with. Most people spend so much time thinking about how unfair the card is life dealt them that they fail to see the opportunity for them to build a great success story. Where most people cower in the face of a challenge. You have the opportunity every single day to rise up and conquer every single challenge that stands in between where you are and where you want to be. Because at the end of the day you are FAR better and more capable of greatness than you think you are. Its human nature for all of us to sell ourselves short on our capabilities when compared to other people or try to find excuses in circumstances different from our own. We are taught by society that success is for other people and if we want to survive we should sit down, shut up, follow directions and be content with what we have. We all assume that the other guy has some secret advantage working for him that we dont…because thats the story society beats into our brains. ITS A LIE. All of us (you, me...everyone), even the most successful people on earth have these thoughts of self doubt...no matter how confident they may appear to the outside world.
