Alright, so I was nominated by Adara Newidouski Ryan aka {till this day} Coach to do the ALS ice bucket challenge. I hope that we all understand not only what the true meaning is behind this challenge but harness the idea that when we all come together for a common good, we can move mountains! All too often i see people bashing what they hate when we should be promoting what we love! Coming together is the beginning , keeping together is progress, working together is success!
