Alright yall. I bought dinner to-go tonight from Boomerang in Guthrie. Ive apparently driven past it daily for how long now??? I got a 1/4 lb bacon cheeseburger and onion rings for myself and a veggie omelet with hash browns and biscuit and gravy for my reluctant vegetarian husband. The burger was enjoyable and Ill definitely get it again. The onion rings were amazing and currently the best onion rings Ive had (Red Robbin formerly was my favorite onion rings). Regarding the omelet, my husband said: It was good. The portion size was right, plenty of vegetables in it. Average omelet experience. Its a hard thing to fairly review when what I really want is steak covered in bacon. The location was convenient, parking was easy. The decor was really cute and for me as a photographer, I LOVED looking at all the cool black and white photos all over the walls while I waited. The music was great. Everything seemed clean and smelled great. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly and accommodating in trying to figure out a nice veggie option for my husband. At first, I was disappointed with the portions. However, I was satisfied and not uncomfortably full. So really, the portions were perfect. I will definitely go back.
