Alrighty so I really wanted to share this video because I think it is amazing how our body fights off pathogens. Our bodies are ridiculously complex and wonderful things and I love that essential oils dont take away from our bodies ability to protect itself. The more I learn about using essential oils medically the more I realize that they serve to boost our own bodies natural abilities to defend and mend itself. Its really amazing stuff even though it is very complex and complicated. Here is a funny educational video that teaches about the immune system
