Also visit: kiruthikaarun.blogspot.in/2013/07/mushroom-cutlet.html Mushroom Cutlet Ingredients: Mushroom- 6 Potato- 3 (small sized) (Pressure Cooked) Garam Masala powder- 1/2-1 tbsp Green Chillies- 2 (Finely Chopped) Salt -as required Green Peas- 1/4 cup Carrot- 1/4 cup (grated) Coriander leaves- few Maida Flour- 2 tbsp Powdered Bread- 1 cup Oil- for Shallow fry Method: Clean the mushroom and boil the mushroom for about 2-3 mins in a medium flame. In a wide bowl add the pressure cooked potatoes, Grated carrot, Green chillies, Green peas, cooked mushroom, 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder, coriander leaves and salt as required and mix well. Now make it into balls and shape it like a cutlet. In a bowl add 2 tbsp of maida flour, 1/2 tbsp pepper, and desired salt, now add water and make to a fine paste. Now take the pressed balls and dip it in maida paste and dust it with powdered bread and arrange it in the plates. Now in a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and place the cutlets in the pan and make a shallow fry. Now our Mushroom cutlet is ready to serve with tomato sauce. Happy Cooking !!
