Although it pains me to have to write this status as I thought I was friends with the owner of the crabby I am sad to have to have to publicly give bad feed back here goes!!! I had a meeting with him a couple months agowhere I ordered a seafood BBQ to go with the meat BBQ at our wedding.. I ordered lobsters for 40 people..king prawn kebabs...pots of mussels and langoustine... A very nice meal from a very nice seafood restaurant..where I was assured a goof chef would be provided to cook the wonderful food.... On the the day the dish washer boy was sent with a box of mixed seafood un prepped and he had no idea how to light a BBQ let alone cook on one....he didnt wear chefs whites obviously and had no idea bless him... I needed pics of the chef for a wedding magazine which was going to provide great advertising for the crabby but this couldnt happen!! Most insulting bit about it is....he thought I wasnt important enough to provide the service he promised and on the most important day of my life my guests had to help cook the food!! I am gutted and I will never spend another penny in the crabby and by god god Ive spent a few quid there over the years! Ive lost a mate..ive lost my local...and my perfect wedding was teinted by his unproffessionalism!! Furious to say the least.... Next time I need outside catering I will be going to bravi... I hired table cloths from them they arrived on time..in perfect condition and. .they where exactly as I asked for!!!
