Although shocking for most , not at all shocking for those of us who work in the field ! Without knowing the complete situation , this is one example of why I constantly say that we need leadership that is tuned in to the needs of our people ! Poverty is rampant amongst the working class ! And who suffers most , and become the victims of our inaction are children , the mentally challenged and the disabled !!! When are we going to get it right? When can we truly say we ready to serve put aside selfish agendas and serve humbly ? When are we truly going to place Sint Maarten First? Is it ever going to be about Us?
