Although we love my Flourless Pizza and a few other pizzas, I like to change things up and try new recipes. I finally made Paleo Spirits Grain-Free Paleo pizza crust and we loved it! Mr. GFE proclaimed it the best pizza hes had in a long time. This crust has got a terrific texture and although theres coconut flour involved, the toppings override the natural sweetness from that. Again, really great texture and some lovely chewiness, too. Btw, if youre interested in an egg-free, vegan version, one of Leas readers shared that she made the recipe using a flax gel egg and that worked just fine. :-)
