Alumni Update! (This adoption is only 2-days-old, but we figured everyone would want to see.) Emmalynn touched so many people after we took her in earlier this year and shared her story. She was placed in a crate and dropped off in a South Florida pet store, left for... She was the victim of despicable abuse, suffering from a fractured skull and a broken pelvis that were not the result of an encounter with a car. Despite the treatment she received from a human(s) in her previous life, Emmalynn was impossibly sweet, and adopted 5 1/2 weeks after coming to DRSF. Its only been two days, but her forever Mom adores her already. And by the looks of how proud and dignified Emmalynn looks in this photo, shes just as happy.
