Am I the only one experiencing on/off issues with the caravan / raiding method? sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. I used t be able to rely sending the caravan 25 seconds before the raid and then cancel 30 seconds later (5 seconds after the raid). Then it started getting goofy some weeks ago. I tried sending sooner (35 seconds before the raid) and canceling later (10 seconds after the raid). And it still doesnt work. Its not working a whole lot more than when it does. And it seems to work in streaks. Tried logging out and logging back in; still no effect.
