Am off to hear what Tony Blair has to say on the 20th anniversary - TopicsExpress

Am off to hear what Tony Blair has to say on the 20th anniversary of him being electect Leader of the Labour Party in 1994. As this artilcel says a lot happened on his watch and he not only changed Britain but he also changed the Tory Party too: repealing Clause 28, civil partnerships, parternity leave, human rights act, new schools, refurbished A&E departments, peace and power sharing in Northern Ireland, devlolution to Scotland and Wales, bringing democracy closer to the people with the creation of the Mayor of London. Now the harder questions: was democracy in Iraq and Afghangistan worth a war so that girls might get educated and move towards equalty? Removing dictator Sadam and the Taliban? I dont know... he also defended Muslims in Bosnia from genocide (thousand of kids there care called Toniblair, first name!) I will hear what he has go to say at 11.30 tomo morning. Excited. I think he was sincere and I think he still is. telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/tony-blair/10977884/Tony-Blair-His-legacy-will-be-debated-but-not-forgotten.html
