It ll help you in having a check on ur progress. (2) is get a taperule, yeah, the normal one used by tailor, dont borrow, pls buy your own, it is #20. You ll need to measure the following places, your Bust, arms, waist, tummy, hips and ur thigh, put it in a tabular form, Date by the side, measure urself in a normal way, nt like a tailor that ll ve allowance and nt too tight in a cheat way. This is to enable us know when you are loosing inches, even if the scale is not moving. Having done all these, i ll like to tell us that the only way to gain weight and more weight is by what you put in your mouth! No 2 ways to it. You want to shed some weight?
