Am so thankful for the comic relief compliments of glitter snails. Just received a call from Citibank detailing the fifth set of instructions (each have been different!!) on how to cash our insurance check! I was in tears yesterday over this and thought I had FedExed everything they needed to process our check yesterday. Today Im told I need to complete 15 pages of forms. Naturally in the numerous conversations Ive had with Citibank, no one mentioned these forms... until today... Should I bring my army of glitter snails?
