Whether we are starting up service, providing bill payment options, or helping you to understand your responsibilities regarding your internal plumbing and meter accessibility, our goal is to keep you informed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have asked the water company to release the test results in my area. I have been ignored with no response. Their website says, our goal is to keep you informed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am asking to be informed of the results!!!!! While I understand there are several entities testing the water, I am sure they are reporting that back and sharing that with the water company too. The website also says, You have a right to high-quality drinking water every time you turn on your faucet. I have heard as well that the CDC has set the amount allowable in the water, and that it is only unsafe for pregnant women. WV American water, lets not kid anyone this is NOT high quality drinking water!!!!
