Amanda Pelka Says I really need advice. My son just turned 4 last month and i just got a diagnosis a few weeks after having to go to 3 didnt places. His tantrums are getting way worse. At my house he acts up towards my husband. When hes at his dads house he acts up with his dads girlfriend. It seems while myself and his dad are at work he acts up toward the people watching him. He punched his dads girlfriend in the face 3 times! The autism specialist he sees says if he keeps acting up he needs to be put on meds. I dont want to that if i dont have to. All he says is i dont know. I just dont know what to do.
