Amazed at the changes in my body in just 4 weeks of change of food program and lifting HEAVY weights. I have only lost 1kg BUT the fat is melting away and I am feeling and looking stronger and invigorated. I am not sharing this to boast but to share my experience and encourage you all to try a weights session at your local gym. Get advise from a great trainer (such as Body Culture Australia) and watch your body change for the better. And even better, start now and you could have the body of your dreams by summer. You owe it to yourself to be the best version of you possible.
