Amazing. My coachs coach, Barbie Decker, is engaged to Sagi Kalev, creator of Body Beast. Just to experiment, she used the 21 Day Fix portion control containers to prep his food yesterday and found that his 6 meals divided equally dont even fill the allotted containers to the top. Sagi does eat more meals per day than the 21 Day Fix plan allows, but his portions probably equal out to the same quantity of food overall. I always assumed he eats a ton of food (because you do in his Body Beast meal plan) but I guess once you reach the point of physique maintenance it takes fewer calories than it does building up to it. The 21 Day Fix meal plan is so radically simple that Beachbody is now basing all workouts meal plans on it and is even offering The Portion Fix with the containers as a standalone product.
