Amazing Sunday in High River! My two youngest girls were with me running up to homes sharing water, snacks, sandwiches and smiles. We ran into old friends and shared home-made wine on the deck and ended the day praying and hugging a family that may very well have lost their home. It struck me very vividly that true riches in this life are friendships and investing in lives. There is no end in sight of the hugs, meals, yard work, home repairs these families will need in the months to come.
