Amazing. UPRR claims to want to be a good neighbor. They are building a siding on their right of way to avoid compensating the landowners. Contractor cleared the land and had left a few old growth trees that were actually on my property line. Tearing them down would have destroyed my fence. UPRR, not to miss a tree, cut them off this week so we now have NO trees between our property and the railroad/neighbor/highway. Think there has been any response to phone calls and emails about the trees being on my property? Oh, and the other end of their good neighbor sentence ended with imminent domain.
