Position Description As a member of the JP Seller Support leadership team the Program Manager is accountable for the successful integration of all change management initiatives into the site operation. This role is responsible for driving and implementing highly visible and strategic Seller Support programs that directly impact and enhance the perfect seller interaction. Liaising with key stakeholders across program and operational teams, this role relies on program management, lean principles and effective communication to deliver successful program implementation into large scale operations. Managing a team of individual contributors across a wide range of roles, the Program Manager is responsible for the performance management, goal setting and career development as well as translating the purpose and vision of the team into operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a recognized role model for their program management, organizational and influencing skills. A strong record of delivering results, focusing on the customer and innovation are critical for this role. Also successful candidate will manage directly / indirectly (dotted report line) HQ functions to manage the impact of all changes for sellers and associates.
