Lets check with the content of Malaysia Agreement 1963, without this agreement, there is no question of succession arises cos there is no Malaysia, so.. its logically perfect, and next, Malaysia Agreement couldnt be valid if the signatories were not sovereign States, aka Nation, aka Negara not Negeri. hence it is an international treaty where I BELIEVE that it must had been documented in United Nations, so.... its very clear now, when check thru the content of the agreement or just refering to the summary aka Pakara 18/20, look at Perkara 16, its written very clearly that the amendment of Seduction Act has to go thru the people of SS, and it shall go by referendum voting to validate the amendment and put into law !
