America was thoughtfully and carefully designed as a country which recognizes the inviolate rights of the individual. The designers knew that the greatest threat to individual citizens comes from their government, not each other. It is government with its monopoly on the use of force that needed to be reigned in so the framers developed a new kind of country which placed limits on what the government could and could not do. Those limits included separating the branches of power so that no one branch could dominate over the other two branches. This blueprint for liberty is the U.S. Constitution. Without it Freedom cannot survive. We now have a man sitting in the U.S. Presidency who states openly his intent to circumvent Constitutional limits to his authority in order to expand the range of his political power. This is extremely dangerous to our liberty and Im not seeing sufficient concern among Americans who argue petty issues while Obama is establishing himself as a ruling dictator. Wake up America and focus on whats really important: Individual rights and Liberty protected by our Constitution and stop crying about how unfair life is and whom is to be sacrificed in order to make it fair.
