American intelligence agencies are trying to export the successful experience of the color revolutions in Hong Kong, writes the Chinese press. According to the Chinese newspaper Huanqiu Shibao quoted by the Itar-Tass news agency, the leaders of the protest movement Occupy Central, which since June this year organizes various mass actions aiming to democratize the system of power in Hong Kong participated in seminars in central Hong Kong-America center (HKAC for its acronym in English). The goal of this nonprofit organization is to promote mutual understanding between the Chinese and the Americans. According to Huanqiu Shibao, during these events, which are also attended by members of the Consulate General of USA, student activists demanded they promote democratic change, promising support from Washington, including the opportunity to study and live in the United States. During the seminars, some international experts taught protests tactics and strategies for negotiating with the authorities during demonstrations, emphasizing the political demands that in any case we must resign. HKAC director, Morton Holbrook, appointed to this position late last year, is an important spy who worked nearly 30 years in the intelligence agencies of the United States. As Huanqiu Shibao Holbrooke, just pointing tycoon Jimmy Lai, who funds the opposition of Hong Kong, is close to the former Minister of Defense Paul Wolfowitz. One has the impression that the HKAC Center, funded by the United States, is trying to apply the experience of the color revolutions in Hong Kong in order to influence the internal situation, says the Chinese newspaper.
