Among the famous nature of the Israelites is cowardice. This trait is very evident in each of their behavior. These properties have been rooted in the structure of their psyche. The reason is their love of highly against the glittering world & their unwillingness to die. It has described the Al-Quran. ”and indeed he will find them as the most greedy man to life (in the world), even (more greedy again) than the idolaters. They each want to be given a life of a thousand years, but longevity was never will keep him from the punishment. Allah is Aware of what they do. (Surah Al-Baqarah: 96) As illustrated the verse, the Jews are the biggest ambition of living in this world as long as possible. Dependence someone with worldly life & his passion to stay alive will give birth & abject cowardice when more loving life he would not dare to defend his honor. he will be more emphasis on the humiliation of death for survival. From ancient times the jews known for this trait they didnt dare to face their enemies on the battlefield. They tend to take refuge in their strong holds. This is the way they are told to fight Al-Quran, ”Theyre not going to fight in a united state except in fortified villages or from behind walls. (Surah Al-Hashyr: 14), whose nature is also confirmed by the historical facts about their battle with the believers. They are not at war except by taking refuge behind their colonies were fortified in Palestine. If pressed they will ran away like rats.
