Amos Foodie Friday (because no one is as obsessed with food as Amos) We’ve add a few new items to our café menu. So just in case you haven’t noticed (you know on your way into the gym) we wanted to bring them to your attention… We’ve carried kombucha for years but now we have KOSMIC Kombucha. It’s organic and locally made – Go Austin! For those of you who don’t know kombucha is an “ancient fermented tea beverage” that has a natural effervescence (like bubbly carbonation) that is full of probiotics, antioxidants, B vitamins and so much more. It is known for being a great source of probiotics (healthy bacteria) for the intestines, with loads of vitamins and detoxification properties to cleanse the body & support a healthy immune system.
