The victim’s identity was being withheld pending the notification of family members, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and Amtrak said. The National Transportation Safety Board, in a tweet at 1:56 p.m., said the accident “resulted in the death of an Amtrak signal maintainer.” be careful out there my friends
