Fri: I remember the Sunday night vividly. My daddy sitting at the end of my bed. His hand on my feet as I lay healing from an op. He smiled as he recounted Liverpools win, talked abt his plans 4 the future & made me promise Ill always take care of him. He asked for water, gave Danny a hi5 n said Gudnight. He never woke up. We found him the next morning, resting peacefully into eternity. I screamed in anguish. It cudnt be. I was so pained for him. He was hurt so much cos he loved too much. He was broken, having had every raw deal possible in life. Everyday since I asked myself wat the point of his life was when it caused him such pain. Then i met a stranger, who asked if I was his daughter. I nodded n his eyes lit up. He embraced me, squealed with joy n told me how honored he was to meet the child of a man who helped him in his darkest times. I met several n spoke to many who lit up at just the mention of his name. Wow. How proud I am to be his child. His life had so much worth. Wat an incredible legacy. I want the same 4 my children. I want them 2 feel proud n never pained 2 say Im their mum. I learned that yr greatest worth is 2carve yr name on hearts, not tombstones, 2 create a legacy etched in2 the minds of others & yr life will continue in2 forever thru the stories they share abt u. So this wkend look arnd u. Are u creating a legacy that will outlive u over generations. Much lovies. Choose Life. Tash
