Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive - TopicsExpress

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Motor neurons reach from the brain to the spinal cord and from the spinal cord to the muscles throughout the body. The progressive degeneration of the motor neurons in ALS eventually leads to their death. Please go to alsa.org and make a contribution today. Thank you Saray And Tsomo for the nominations. I nominate Alok Thapa, Astha Tamang-Maskey, Becca Small, Astrid Torres, and Nima Rumba. You guys have 24 hours to donate or make a video and help raise awareness for the cause! #alsawareness #icebucketchallenge Listen to #nothingtolose on soundcloud/dikyi
