An E-mail from UKIP HQ that I wanted to share with everyone. Of Course ALL UKIP supporters are WELCOME! Myles - We are now just 120 days away from what looks to be the most exciting General Election in recent history. Not just for UKIP as a political party, but for the country as well. Many of us are standing for election, and hoping that on May 7th we all achieve the success we have all worked so hard for. The success that will hopefully help change Britain for the better. As you know, I will be on the ballot paper in what I think is one of the most fantastic places in our country; South Thanet. On Sunday, January 18th, I need your help. This is the date of our first BIG action day in the constituency, and we need to make a statement to show we are serious about winning here in May. The reaction I am getting locally has so far been fantastic, and this action day is an opportunity for myself and all the excellent council candidates across Thanet to meet so many voters. Im also pleased to say that our recently elected Member of Parliament Mark Reckless will be joining us to show his support for the campaign. So in order for us to make an impact, I need you to do me a personal favour, and come along on the 18th of January. I know many of you are fighting your own campaigns, but if you can spare the time it would make the world of difference to me, a world of difference to the people of South Thanet, and hopefully a world of difference to the political establishment who desperately want us to fail at putting together these action days. Coffee and Tea’s will be laid on from 9:30am, and for those helping all day, a hot buffet and drinks (a soft drink for me) has been laid on for us all to enjoy from 4pm.
