An Echo Park home that was purchased for $272,000 a year ago was re-sold this month for $1.03 million, according to Curbed L.A. The Vestal Avenue flip is the fourth million-dollar home sale in Echo Park since last November. @Hidden Cash leaves L.A. but not before leaving bottles filled with money at Hollenbeck Park in Boyle Heights. A 16-year-old from Echo Park claimed one of the bottles, reports the Daily News.
