An El Paso businessman who successfully fought to withdraw his guilty pleas to public corruption charges last year is scheduled to plead guilty again Tuesday. Adrian Peña, 40, pleaded guilty in late 2010 to two counts of mail fraud and was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Frank Montalvo to six years and four months in prison.
