See Map 7.1 . This strategy did little to stop the spread of the virus but did cause much more disastrous things. Below are some draft maps I am working on for the book. The 1st image is formatted and stretched to fit an 8.5 x 11 page. The second is the raw map to scale with WGS 84 coordinate system.
