An OPEN Pineal gland is a perfect tool.. ;) Enlightened leadership is spiritual if we understand spirituality as something else than kind of religious dogma or ideology. Spirituality is the domain of awareness where we experience values like truth, goodness, beauty, love & compassion. Intuition, creativity, insight & focused attention are awesome.
