An answer to a question from one of our GP family members asking what my daily routine is: :) Marc Zimmermann this is so hard to answer due to my very difficult schedule. For example I can work out 2 times in one day and not sleep for 36 to 40 hours due to travel to Asia or another continent etc etc. In general I try to run 20 to 25 miles per week, one thousand pushups, 20 to 30 rounds of boxing, 6 to 10 rounds of jujitsu, stretching before and after work outs, light weights but extreme reps (dont want bulk because it interferes with speed), hang upside down several times, bar work at a park for 40 minutes (using my own weight of 200 pounds to lift), 4 rounds of very fast jump rope and a few more unconventional things that would not make sense in a FB post........ As to diet, well, it would take to long to type and I have posted approximately 20 or so meals on FB. As for supplements, I take all of the GP products except for the weight control products (I have strengthened my metabolism over the years and so I dont have issues with my weight because of all the cleansing and balancing that I have done). I never go a day without my BASICS: Daily Build, Goyin, Mila, Liquid Calcium, Energy, Sulphur, Greens, Noni, Goji, Acai, Mangosteen, Cleanse once per week or more when travel, Complete Shake 4 X per week, immune 6, and I alternate all of the Organic oils depending on what is going on in my life....... Anyway, this is a small peek into my life but in changes dramatically on a weekly basis....... I also fast one day or more every few weeks......... Perhaps I will do a day in the life of video if that would be helpful...........:)
