An appeal on behalf of Humphrey. Having spent 4 months trying to get this wee stray trapped, keeping him safe, feeding him, providing shelter for him I managed to get this wee pour soul trapped. After doing so and having spent 2 weeks looking after this gentle, calm, loving little boy Im putting out an extra special appeal. It is breaking my heart that I cant rehome him myself but because of the fact he is a wonderful little soul and because of his awful background (straying, frightened, hungry, lonely hurt and one particular person trying to get him to sleep for being a nuisance) I want to find him the perfect home where he will be loved for the rest of his life. All this wee cat wants is a couch to curl up on and lots of strokes and attention. He is really gentle and calm but if you instigate play he shows his young playful nature. He likes to talk to you and purrs when you talk back and stroke his wee head. He could live with calm cat friendly dog/s but due to his timid nature a home with young children wouldnt be suitable for him as it would cause him stress. He would be best suited to a house where someone is home most of the time to keep him company as he would need to be a wee indoor cat (at least for the first wee while) and he just loves human company. I have had him neutered, vaccinated and hes been tested and is feline aids and leukaemia free. I have also litter trained him. Hes the perfect cat and deserves to be spoiled and adored. Please, please please does anyone know someone they trust that could give this wee man the loving home he deserves? He really deserves the perfect ending after everything hes been through. Please please please help me find a home for Humphrey with someone you know who is trustworthy and an animal lover. Mid Antrim (due to ringworm) can offer him a place soon but the thought of him going to someone random (who may not be a devoted cat lover that will adore him and be gentle and forgiving with him and give him a warm bed indoors) and and never knowing what happened to him is breaking my heart. I would like to see him rehomed with someone somebody knows so that way he is assured a brilliant future. Please please please help find Humphrey the home he needs as he really does deserve it after all hes been through.
