An appeal to IGP Kashmir & DIG South Kashmir. It feels me ashamed to say that in our village Checki Choland SHOPIAN a quarrel was fought between two parties on 07-04-2014, in which one Mudasir ah shah s/o. Ab. Salam shah used a knife and injured two Persons Sayar Ahmad and M. Shaban Bhat. An FIR was lodged in police station Shopian but the police has taken no action against the culprit. It seems as if police has taken bribe from the culprits, because the injuries were so deep and dangerous that both of them were referred to SMHS Srinagar. Now the police is ignoring the case saying that we are waiting for the Doctors report. So plz take this matter to the higher authorities . AADIL HAMDHANI PATWARI : 9858321542
