An artist plagiarized my painting and turned it into a print of his own, selling them for $1,000 apiece and using it as promotion for an HIV/Aids fundraiser in Australia for the David Williams fund. My solution: demand he cease production and usage, and make a substantial donation in its place, along with purchasing one of my prints to donate in its stead. I think thats quite fair, actually. Just call me King Solomon. (Left, the plagiary; Right, my original). The worst party of it all is that the resulting print doesnt even make a good image!
