An autopsy on the 2-yr-old boy killed by gunfire yesterday evening is complete. The coroner has ruled the death of John Swoveland, Jr. a homicide. According to the prosecutors office, the shooting possibly started down the street. Its believed one group shot at another group that was running away, and the little boy was struck by a stray bullet.
