If you have NO flowers or NO color- add some color with attractive, tight and clean potted plants on either side of your entrance. But overgrown, unkempt garden beds and planting areas, or a bunch of hodge-podge container plants all around your yard or patio can be a big detractor. Be sure to keep your lawn mulched and trimmed-up if you want to sell - it will pay off big-time with a better price and a quicker sell in most cases.
