An excellent piece that questions why women/girls frequently express that they arent like most girls. Im pretty sure all of my nerdy-ladies have been there at some point because of our male-dominated hobbies and passions..... but nowadays just as many women game, read comics, and do nerdy/techy/geeky stuff. i am just as proud to be a part of this sub-culture as i am of my femininity. And am overjoyed that i have found a wealth of fabulous women who are like me. I am not ashamed to be like most girls. I am ashamed that girls don’t seem to want to be.
